You can just view the PDF on-screen or you can also print a hard copy. There are 2 versions, one allows for a simple A4 print, needing no special attention. The other allows you to print in the booklet style - this requires printing on both sides. This can be done manually by selecting 'odd pages' only, then re-feeding the paper and selecting 'even pages'. If your printer has a duplex function then you should need do no more than print the whole PDF, but beware that some printers will print the reverse side upside down - however there is usally an option to reverse it. Once you have your booklet printed you can collate, fold and staple it and then save it in your collection with all the previous Gazettes!
