Here are some mapped training routes that you may find useful. They are all around 50 miles and generally quite challenging, hence 'training' routes and not 'clubruns'! In general they utilise mainly 'B' roads with some good smaller lanes, selected to allow a good training tempo. If you want very narrow, muddy, gritty lanes then these rides are not for you....

They all start and finish in Tunbridge Wells. If you create a MayMyRide account for yourself then, if you are logged in, when you click one of the route links below you can then download a GPX or Garmin CRS file.

1) Ashdown Forest - Hartfield, Rotherfield, Hawkhurst, Matfield

2) Tour of the Hursts - Lamberhurst, Sandhurst, Staplehurst

3) Tour of the Dens - Marden, Tenterden, Horsmonden

4) Battle - Mayfield, Battle, Wadhurst

5) Edenbridge - Hartfield, East Grinstead, Edenbridge
