Following the cancellation yet again of a club event due to be held at East Peckham on July 3rd, the weather was kind for the 2nd of the events on the Polhill 10.
The fine weather saw 16 riders compete. It was business as usual for 1st place with Neil Quarmby taking the honours, but Keith Henderson narrowly beat Neil Lewis for 2nd place and it is looking as though the contest for 2nd and 3rd place overall is not going to be decided until the last few events.
