Whilst it poured down in Kent the expected rain in South Wales didn't materialise except for a brief shower.  Riders on the very well organised Dragon ride were rewarded with great views from the head of the Welsh Valleys and glimpses of industrial heritage in the valleys

Following an excellent evening in a CAMRA listed Porthcawl pub, Neil Quarmby and Anthony O'Callaghan rode the 84 mile Medio Fondo version finishing in 4-47-45 and 5-48-28 respectively.  Peter Rowe set off with the early group on the 120 mile ride which took in an extension of the 84 mile route over the Brecon Beacons.  Peter finished in 6-25-47.
