Sleeches Cross - Mayfield 7th March 2010
"Was it cold? You would not have thought so as 16 riders turned up for the first event of the year. But it was. Frosty, icy in places and with a cold easterly wind, even though it was early morning. All had a good ride, times were relatively slow, reflecting the cold weather.
Keith Henderson won in a very good time of 30:27, also winning on handicap confirming that he is riding very strongly early in the year.
It was also very good to see to some other 'guests' riding, Anthony, David and Andre!
